Con el fin de soportar este peso correctamente, la cabeza debe ser equilibrado exactamente encima de la columna vertebral. Incluso en un \u00e1ngulo de 15 grados, la fuerza que act\u00faa sobre la columna cervical dobla. Si doblamos nuestra cabeza hacia adelante en 60 grados, la fuerza aumenta a 25kg.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de que nuestros m\u00fasculos, tendones y ligamentos soportan este peso durante posiciones incorrectas de pie y sentado, el mal desempe\u00f1o f\u00edsico asociado con el uso de tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y las horas de trabajo frente a una computadora genera una tensi\u00f3n significativa en la columna cervical, affectando negativamente a nuestro cuello y m\u00fasculos de la espalda.<\/p>\n<p>Mis m\u00e9todos de entrenamiento individualizado le ayudar\u00e1n a prevenir la mala postura.
