Group Classes

Pilates group classes are focused on mat work and involve all of the classic Pilates movements combined with Slings Myofascial Training.

Dynamic Stretching group classes focus on resetting the muscles using various release techniques.

Equipment for all classes is provided.

Private & Semi-Private Classes

Private and semi-private classes are personalised, intensive sessions for one or two people using Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Exo Chair and Wall Unit.

Terms and Conditions


Class fees are payable on the first day of training in cash. Prepaid sessions are non-transferable.

The validity period of prepaid private and semi-private sessions may be extended for absence by prior arrangement with Angela.

In the event that your training partner cannot attend a semi-private class, you may use the session as private training though the class time will be reduced to 45 minutes.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in person or by telephone. You will be charged for the class if cancellation is not made by the specified timeframe for any reason. Cancellations made by email or text message will only be considered valid if you receive a confirmation of the cancellation from Angela.

Health & Safety

A completed health form is required prior to beginning your training. Please inform Angela of any changes to your health status. If you have pain or discomfort prior to or during your Pilates training, please ask your doctor whether Pilates is right for you.

Introductory assessment

Prior to getting started I meet with all of my clients individually for a free assessment to discuss their goals and expectations. Regardless of your prior experience, the introductory session allows us to discuss your understanding of Pilates concepts and gives me a chance to see how you move. We will then decide together what type of classes are best suited to your individual situation.

Throughout your training with me, it is my commitment that you will receive enough personal attention to practice correctly and progress toward your goals. Regular and effective Pilates training works for anyone who wants to improve their health, personal fitness and quality of life.
